What is the Xclent Sagar Bags Returns Policy?

“At Xclent Sagar Bags, we offer a 10-day Returns Policy, allowing you the flexibility to return items within 10 days of receiving the product.

What are the eligibility criteria for returns?

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.”

How to initiate a return:

  • Email us at xclentsagarbags@gmail.com.
  • Within 48 working hours, we will inform you if your return is accepted.
  • Within 10 days of your request, the package will be picked.

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return, indicating whether the refund was approved.

Refund Timeline: Upon picking up the parcel, you can expect a refund within a week via your original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.

COD Refund Process: For Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be credited to your bank account or any other preferred mode of payment specified by the customer.

Partial Order Returns: Yes, you can return part of your order. Each item should have a unique ID, and while shipping all items in one shipment is acceptable, include the return receipt form for each item with its respective return ID.

Product Exchange Process: For a quick exchange, return the item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Request Decline: If a returned product does not meet the criteria outlined in our Returns Policy, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged Product Resolution: Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at xclentsagarbags@gmail.com. We will assess the issue and rectify it.
